LGT Bank Schweiz AG, Zürich

The office building at Bleicherweg 19 in Zurich is located in the immediate vicinity of Paradenplatz. LGT Bank Schweiz AG rented the floors 3 to 7 after the fundamental renovation of the property in 2016. The last open space in the commercial building of approximately 1,400m2 on the 2nd floor was additionally rented in 2018.

The task was to reinterpret the existing concept of the upper floors for the 2nd floor. Thus the employee finds the familiar standards of the upper floors on the 2nd floor. The architectural language is familiar but nevertheless independent. This is due to the changed general conditions regarding the basic construction and the tightened fire protection regulations. The creative and constructive discussion between the client and the general planning team made it possible to develop a strong and independent concept.
