The apartment building on Ackersteinstrasse is idyllically situated in the steep terrain of Zurich Höngg. The building is owned by a floor owner.

Due to the age and geological conditions of the property, various renovation works had to be started. Over a long period of time, the slope water caused various damages to the façade, basement floors and ground floor apartments. Through the intervention in the surroundings and the façade, the infrastructure of the house could be improved and the heating system could be replaced.
