In idyllic Buchberg, various measures were required for the single-family home built in 1990.

On the one hand, the windows, facade and flat roof had to be renewed and at the same time the opportunity was taken to give the house a fresh-up.

The existing oriel balcony with its beautiful south-facing view of the alpine panorama was completely renovated and provided with a new structure and glass railing. The newly painted facade and the new lighting underline the new chapter of this building.
